Discover how we approach the building process for our custom homes.
If you don’t already have a set of architectural blueprints, the first step will be designing your new home, and we will begin this design process with a design agreement.
In this design phase, we coordinate your meetings with your architectural designer and provide construction feedback during the process. Once you have an approved set of plans, we pivot into estimation.
We do fixed-priced construction, so while our estimation is underway, we prepare for engineering, permits, and HOA submissions. With an approved estimation and a signed construction contract, the next step will be receiving permits (if applicable), engineering plans, and HOA approval.
During this time, we prepare long lead purchases for construction. Construction promptly starts after permits are issued, and you are led through the construction phase to completion by your project manager.
